Greetings, comrades! I've been hella busy lately. Working 12 hour days to gain some possessions I had to get rid of back in the day for a few reasons. Since I don't want to screw up the budget for my trip to Japan in April/May, I had to bite the bullet and endure all those hours.
Pretty worth it! :O I was offered a promotion at work, and a change in shifts. I hate working there, but I have to endure it to get to where I want to be in life. What was funny, was how I got that promotion. Owner came up to me, and asked if I was happy working there. "Hell no I'm not happy working here. This place blows. I'm doing way too many things for nine an hour." So he says, "Is that so?" I nodded, "Yes. Very so. I have zero passion for what I'm doing here... However. Just because I dislike the line of work. It doesn't mean I don't have pride in my work ethic." I went on for a few more minutes, and he was so impressed with my honesty, that he thanked me for showing him I'm not the mindless grunt I'm sure he thinks everyone else is, and offered me a few more dollars an hour & a change to first shift (5AM-1PM). So I jumped on the offer. I figured more money meant I can finally start looking at schools, and be able to buy the tools needed to help me study Japanese without ending up homeless. lol
Anyways. I talk too much. ^^; I bought all of my Nendos from fellow comrades here on figure.fm! I did search some prices (I had to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off. Don't judge me. <.<) before I contacted the people for the sale.
I've obtained Saber, Miku -Cheerful Japan ver.-, Kirino, Saber Alter figma, Miku Hatsune -Love Is War ver.-, my sweet new desk, and a few shirts! Oh, and my awesome camera. :D Yay for Japan! XD I love being an Otakuuuuuuuuuu.
Loot spree started early February, right after me birthday.
I'm a Forza fan and when I saw this shirt up I had to get it. 'Cuz it's true! Who doesn't stay sideways in the mountain passes of Fujimi Kaido? :o
I totally forgot I was in manual mode and wasn't using the LCD screen to take pictures. It slipped my mind that the exposure wasn't set to auto. ^^; I usually have that in auto when I'm snapping some quick pictures. So yeah... <.<
