I've previously only seen Racing Miku Nendo pre-orders offered via proxy services, but it seems you can now order direct from the English GSR website - http://gsr-global.ecq.sc/

International orders can be placed and, as I placed one myself, they appear to be using GSC's online ordering system, which was rolled out along with the Cheerful Japan line.

I initially learned this from seeing this release notice from GSC however, it appears international customers are not catered for (correct me if I am wrong) - http://www.goodsmile.info/product/en/3503/Nendoroid+Racing+Miku+2012+Ver.html

Only this artistic impression is provided, but with all the see through elements I imagine this will be a pretty sweet Nendo. I imagine she will come with a car like all her previous incarnations.
