             It was an event exclusive at the Anime Contents Expo, so to get it right now you'd have to bid on auctions, however I think it may get released through baseson's webshop sometime in the future too. I believe this blog post http://blog.埋もれる抱き枕er.jp/archives/7945 will be updated to reflect that, if/when it does happen.
