Missing part and wrong face

This has to be a fumble for MF and GSC to give me figures with missing parts and not getting the correct face. And of all things it had to happen to on both my Figma Mami and Figma Uesugi.

On my Figma Mami, there's suppose to be a ribbon on her chest, but that part is missing on her. And I checked (I take photos of the figure before putting it with the other figmas), and the ribbon isn't found anywhere inside the box. And on my Figma Uesugi, she has two of the same standard face, packaged in. Meaning, the second face (serious combat face), is not included on my figure, but is package with the same standard face she has on her.

This I find, is rather unacceptable. So, anyone had this problem before, do share your thoughts on this.

I've talked to them before when one of my figma's hand broke and they sent me replacement parts.
Just explain your situation and They'll help you out.

I've read a post that one Mami got her collar missing. Makes her neck looks longer. X_X

Mine has just some minor problems with her paint job especially on her skirt. some parts are overly done and some parts are missing. ToT

Figmas' QC is never that good I suppose.

the first homura i got had her bowtie missing too, i was so sad, i told GSC they did nothing.....didn't even reply so i was forced to buy another homura

oh and my kuroko had two same hands and was missing her hand pulling her judgement armband, GSC did sent that missing hand to me.
