Whoa! Yeah my apartment is cheaper than that. Thankfully I didn't pay for it though, Waseda University is ^_^ It came out to 90000 yen for the 1st month, then each month after is 75000 yen with utilities included.

I'm curious but was the apartment expensive? We stayed in the Hotel for over 2 weeks and cost us about 100,000yen. Would be tempted to get somewhere a little more long term though if we get around to going back ^^

I'm so jealous XD It's a really nice area and the Ginza line can take you most places ^^

lol that Supermarket you're referring to is the same Supermarket I started grocery shopping in this week. Its about a 10 minute walk from my apartment.

You've more stamina than I have! XD Was shattered going up all the steps in all the buildings ^^; Then we tried sticking to just elevators where possible.

Wow that's where we were! ^^ We stayed in the Asukusa Vista Hotel across from that station ^^ There's a supermarket on the right had side of the road as you walk from Tawaramachi station towards Ueno. On takes a few minutes and it has some of the best Melonpan ^^ Also a good place to do some food shopping if not enough in the family mart or 7/11 ^^

Ooooh! I'll keep an eye out when I return to Akihabara next week, thanks. I did take the Ginza line to Suehirocho since I live right by the Tawaramachi station, but didn't bother going to any restaurants there.
