Konata's First Day

We got along very well straight away, she's such a nice girl; very friendly and a total geek like myself.

Soon after, she introduced herself to some of her would-be new friends. She seems to really get along with Yoshi...

...But maybe a little too much. Poor Weegee, he never gets a break. I'm sure he and Kona-chan will get along fine sometime, once she's calmed down a little.

Later that evening, away from everyone, I came across Konata like this. I think she's homesick. It -is- a long, long way away from her home of Japan afterall. But England isn't too bad is it? Well, other than the weather.
I'm sure she'll settle in better soon; the longer she lives here and the more new friends that she makes. Only time will tell though I suppose.

She told me that she's heard some rumours. Something about a white robot with twintails arriving sometime in the future. She seems quite excited about it.
If the word on the grapevine is true or not, myself and the others will always be there for her, regardless. ^_^
