That head is from the Usamimi Nagato nendoroid petit that came with the LE of Volume 3 of the Haruhi chan manga.

By the way, I notice the hair colour sort of changes for 2 of the chibi Nagatos?
The hair color changed because the first 3 frames are achieved by head swap and I only have 1 Usamimi Nagato :P
