April loot
This is most of what I brought back from my recent trip to Japan. I came back 10 days ago but didn't find time to post yet. Most of the figures are gifts but the games are mine! ;) I really was happy to find most of the games I was looking for and quite easily too. The only one I had trouble finding was Super Robot Taisen Z special edition witch was 7,900Yen at Sofmap and was nowhere to be found elsewhere, until 2 days before I left Japan I went to a Tatsuya in Shinjuku and found 17 of them stacked on the shelf... 10 special edition and 7 normal. Got the SE for 1,980Yen, brand new! I was really happy to find that!

This is a gift from my friend who was able to get it without my knowing. The place where he found it was full of gashapons from many series, movies and universes. Thousands of Dragonball and Dragonball Z and many rare items like Kaneda from Akira on his bike in a gashapon that needed you to collect secret pieces to assemble him for 4,000Yen and the clear version for 7,000! Even fully painted and customized Gunplas. Well, in other words, it was pretty a awesome treasure chest!
I'm pretty happy to have found this Mazinger Z combo. SOC Mazinger Z for 3,700Yen at an hobby shop in Akiba, T-shirt for 1,400Yen at UNIQLO and SFC game for 1,280Yen at Super Potato.
Lucky to get Mazinger Z for so cheap. I always perfered the head sculpt of that one to GX-01r but I perfer 01rs upgrades and jet pileder. I need to make a trip to japan for some gokin hunting. My main targets would be getting GX-02r Great Mazinger, Gunbuster, and Chogokin Auquarion for cheap
At first I was looking for the SOC Grendizer GX-04s with all the speizers but couldn't find it and when I got my hands on the Mazinger Z, I felt very pleased and give up my search for Grendizer, for now...
If all else fails there's always evilbay.... then again HLJ has Full spazer Grendizer on backorder but I think it's hust gonna go out of stock

I cannot get tired of SRT/SRW games. The MX and Impact are awesome! Didn't get to try the others yet. I think the only non-SD are those two Scramble Commanders. Thought I read some bad reviews I think they look very interesting.
I love Super Robot Taisen! my favorite ATM is W just because it's almost completely focused on the GaoGaiGar story

SRT Impact hidden on the other side of the box. This is the Special Edition with an articulated (very little...) Alt-Eisen figure. For 2,000Yen I think it was a good deal. Who dosen't like Alt-Eisen?
