Well, that lets me out of it. My job won't allow me to have a "personal" computer at work. (I work in a hangar, fixing aircraft for the gubmint..) Otherwise, I'd have no probs about posting my room at home....

Wondering why folks think they cant submit their room - is it because of the word "workspaces"?

At first I thought it was workplaces, which would let me out because I am not allowed to take photos of my work place unless I have special permission, but I think you explained well that It can also be the work desk at home

I think it can be a room desk. I have a table which my computer is on it and normally used it to do research on costumes,toys,games and I also do school projects and homeworks on my table. I guess that counts as a workdesk right? I'm still young so i don't have a job yet but thats what i think the word 'Workdesk' meant here. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask a question. Since this contest is about workdesks, does that means i can't post other parts of my room? Like just the display case of my figures(can't post the whole room since my room is like a storage room because it's very messy xD ). Also, if i have 2 workspaces but the other one does not have a computer to show the top page of dannychoo.com, does that means that it will be rejected? Thanks.

Okay that Minami and Ironman Figure looks good
My previous work desk only had bluetac animals, but when I left last December, they died in a traggic accident of a huge finger mushing them.
Now that I am going back for another 3 month Temp, I may put in a figma or two. I can imagine that I would attract many eyes over to my work space. Taking my olypic e-500 for photoshooting would be interesting. I'd do a excuse. muahaha

I'm so excited to submit OTACOOL3.
I found that when push the "Submit photos to OTACOOL3!" button, the editor shows tags "otacool,otacool3", after submit, it's gone!
I put the tags back by "edit", hope it doesn't cause any problem.
Does it have to be a workspace for homework/computer work/etc?
I'm actually doing a lot of model and sculpting work so there's no computer on it, but there is a computer opposite the workspace so it's a real squeeze but I guess I could angle it to show part of the screen. But I might have a problem positioning myself .. maybe I'll have to do one of those slanted ostrich head poses at the side of the photo.
My dear friends... It's about your desk (where your computer hangs around, along with the monitor, scanner, keyboard, mouse, tablet and so on...) a photo with all these taken from let's say 2 or 3 meters so it can show all that. Then, take some detailed photos with (computer, monitor, scanner, keyboard, mouse, tablet and so on...). After that a photo with your toys or manga collection (whenever they are in a bookshelf or just piled up in a corner).If you don't have any figures or manga or comic books, it's ok, nobody's perfect! If your work is about sculpting, drawing or other stuff, it's still a workspace, so go for it! Again, not the whole room, just the corner where your work is being done, especially close-ups with your tools.Workspace is at home or where you are employed. As for the picture with yourself, ask a friend to take that picture. We all got friends! For a better understanding, take a look at other workspaces already posted so you'll have a visual ideea. I hope i didn't bug anyone with so many explanations, just trying to be helpful!
