Miss Dollfie Summer 2009 Contest Entry - Asuka
After two days of running in and out for outdoor photographs, I have finally managed to collect enough photos to put my 2nd daughter Asuka into the Miss Dollfie Summer 2009 pageant contest. Once again, in the spirit of participation, I will be sending my 2nd daughter into the contest!
My 2nd entry for the contest, my 2nd fairest daughter (She is 2nd only because she is younger. Not 2nd best!)- Asuka!
[*] How old are they
Asuka was adopted on May 12th, 2009, she is a little younger than Escalayer but she is also about 18 years old.
[*] What they like doing
Presenting here, is my 2nd daughter, but not exactly your everyday Dollfie, Asuka actually has a part time job in a Meido Cafe (to help with all the Dollfie expenses, she uses the Hikari Photo Studio to go to work). She never brag about it and have been keeping it a secret from the younger Dollfie because she doesn't want the young ones to worry about her. She seems bossy in front of all of my daughters but deep inside she cares deeply about everyone.

My 2nd daughter Asuka is hard working, intelligent and very thoughtful. She is actually very shy about showing her true feelings in front of all of my other daughters but deep inside she is a very caring sister.
Here, we just caught up with Asuka at her part time meido cafe job.
Asuka was resisting the idea of posing without her meido dress initially (and during her part time job to boot!) .....
But once we got started, I couldn't stop her at all! She just kept giving me new poses and I couldn't stop taking pictures!

I really love that shot too! The ground is a little high and slope down so I can take that shot.

^_^; The meido cafe can only be accessed through the Hikari Photo Studio, it appears to be from Feena World though!
Gotta love the Hikari photo studio! And Asuka looks like she was having an absolute blast! She's such a caring girl, for a hotheaded redhead. ^_^ I especially like the photos in the flowers.
I didn't use every photo I took! In case you were wondering, Asuka did not sit on the flowers! She was sitting on a manhole cover that's difficult to see from this angle!
Oh I love the flower photo too, I was having a blast with it! I only wish I had a more modern camera, I am still using an ancient camera that is only compatible with first generation memory stick >.>; I went out of space too soon!
Oooh man , thats harsh. Running out of space in the middle of the shoot. Do what I did bro.. Come christmas time keep your eye on the Best buy sales. ^_^ Is how I got my spiffy new camera.. After christmas sales rock ^_^
I am looking at one of those DSLR right now, but I don't know if I am being fiscally responsible if I am going to get those.

Out of the 3 daughters I brought with me, Asuka was the only one that fill right in the flower bed and with the pose and everything, it just had to be her, I think it gives her a tough but caring sister look!
XDDD Perhaps Asuka has realized that she loves posing in front of the camera! Regardless of where she is!
Nice entry, wow this is a tough competition. I have to think up something good while taking my last photos tomorrow. Mmmmmmm
I think this competition had given me the final nudge in the back to start taking outdoor photos! I really like how it turned out and I had a load of fun already, the result is just details!

I wish I had a better camera with me and more memory, I would have taken a lot more pictures, that flower bed is amazingly good for Dollfie pictures! A helper would be nice too since I can't man the camera and a reflector at the same time. I would love to eliminate all the shadows but there is only so much I can do with limited time, limited resources and limited manpower.

^^; Thank you Chun. I am sure Asuka will be very happy to hear this from you. That flower bed is just so awesome with a little slope and a manhole cover for the Dollfie to sit on. I am going to uploading the remaining pics to my flickr account when I get home tonight.

Thank you coffee, but the compliment should go to Asuka, the image was already there, I just did my best to capture it. My only regret was the fact that I did not have enough camera memory to take more pictures...
While I may not have extra clothes for her to change into, nor my skill as a photographer is any good; but that doesn't mean I love her any less! This outing with my daughters has strengthened our bond, now I can't wait til I can bring them outside again!
