And then came Dash

well to those who were pessimistic about its release feast your eyes on this! apparently it would sell for 6090yen and a V core booster for about 2310yen

Bandai is goin' overboard with the pricing. This kit is shorter than HGUC Nu Gundam and it is 6090 yen... I'll pass...

I'd be an oldfag nazi and say.. It has

      - 4 aircraft units of V Gundam's system up in one package
      - Comes with parts to convert to type Hexa
      - Display base for V Dash Gundam not included, it's in the V Core Booster set.
      - Weapons and accessories: beam rifle, beam smart gun, beam javelin, Overhang cannon, gatling gun, rocket launcher (left & right), disposable buzz (? - ディスポーザブルバズ) x2, beam shield, display base.
      - 24 runners in total. Comes with foil sticker x2, clear sticker x2, dry transfer decal x2, and construction manual x2.
      - July release, 6,090 Yen (inclusive of tax).

Of all the plastic it has the price tag is pretty much justified

Since when was size the price decider here? The HG Nu Gundam has 9 runners and far less than half of the pieces of the V Gundam. It has no inner frame and no gimmicks and it was one of the biggest Gundam designs to begin with. The Victory is fully transformable and comes with every single gimmick of the original plus all that a MG entails. The original MG Victory was 3800 yen, the HG Nu is 2500 yen. At twice the parts and with the extra features, the Victory is far more worthy of that higher price tag, samller or not. No wonder perceptions are skewed. Fans are just bigger is better adepts these days. There's no respect for true engineering.

Ive seen many gunpla blogs.. And most would go gaga over kits from 00, Seed/Destiny and Unicorn.

        Would just bash other kits w/o any second thought no matter how good they are. Is sad really ;__;

Perfect example, I don't even like its design... Before the bashing,

I would like to point out that I've watched all series and movies and OVAs except Wing TV...

the price for it is justified due to its excessive gimmicks and 4 core fighters and its alot of plastic..
at least you dont have to shell out a lot more from another brand for conversion parts

Yeah, but i doubt I'll need them. I don't play around with my kits, or constantly swap parts. So, i didn't get Exia Ignition, only the regular one. Strike Freedom i bought the FBM one solely because of plated parts, and it's my favorite Gundam. Some of my NG and HG kits are still very new and snug, no loosening joints despite their age (5-6 years).

                Rather, V2, and THEN V2 A/B or V2, V2A, and THEN V2B, AND THEN V2A/B.

I'm very pleased to see this now. I was thinking of getting a V gundam, this is better.
I'm also happy to see that bandai made a seperate weapons kit for people who already have V gundam. I hope they do the same for Unicorns FA equipment:)

hmm.. seems like they finally got arround to selling parts instead of making you buy the whole v dash gundam over again! so it suprises me that there releasing just the core booster and weapons alone!! and yeah, i got the vinella v gundam allready, might get the dash core system... still waiting for the V2!!
