Ame-Comi Wonder Woman and Wonder Girl

This past Wednesday, DC Direct finally released the two new Ame-Comi figures, Wonder Woman (v.2) and Wonder Girl. These are two very unique figures that really stand out amongst the other Ame-Comi that have come out before.

Wonder Girl is a very nice looking modern girl. She is wearing really fun jeans, with stars all over as an omage to her heritage. She has wonderful flowing hair, and a cute little look.

Wonder Woman has a very different look that Wonder Girl, and a very very different look than her version 1 counterpart. She is designed in a 40s movie star style, and is sporting a bikini of sorts. She has passed on her Lasso of Truth, this time welding a battle axe and the head of Medusa. Her hair is also reversible. The look of the two styles is very different. With her hair up, she has a mystical wind-blown look. With her hair down she looks like she just came out of a pool of water.
