Much to my surprise, I received this dark elf female figure the other week (from an American toy retailer, even). She looks nice.

American toy retailer? Who? Where? And how much? What camera was used? Which lens? Continuous lighting or external flash?

Thanks! I got her from Entertainment Earth but Big Bad Toy Store also stocked her. Unfortunately, she's sold out at both right now.
I used a Rebel XS with the cheap 50mm f/1.8 lens. Lighting was a couple of cheap desk lamps with daylight fluorescent bulbs.

I just can't understand why they didn't want to make more of this popular figure?
I guess they don't like to make money.
I understand the Dark Elf was released in 2007, then re-released in 2008. As it is a re-release, it is not surprising GSC did not make too many the second time round.
I recall GSC opened the re-release pre-order on a weekend. By the time Monday rolled around so I could contact a proxy service to place a pre-order, all the pre-orders were taken. Eventually, I had to get mine from Yahoo Japan Auction. It cost quite abit but she's very worth it.
i dont know who she is, but she is sooo cute.
I just cant stand her outfit.
