I'm happy to see this series hit Stateside, though I'll admit I am a little surprised.
I hope they put out more merchandise since it's impossible to find any at the moment.
Maybe then I can start building my Mizore shrine...I mean collection! XD

I'm very surprised to see this totally perverse comedy coming over here.
Yeah, I watched it. -^^-
I did like the art and the story started to get pretty good towards the end.

I've always wondered why some people think dubs are okay. Sure Fullmetal Alchemist (the first one) had a great dub, but that seems to be one hell of an exception. I've always thought most voice actors never have enough emotion, and act...off during alot of situations, when they play as characters, unlike Seiyuu.
Just asking, really.
There are excellent dubs out there such as Baccano!, Romeo X Juliet and Black Lagoon. I would say that voice actors are getting better at dubbing due to more experience infront of the mic, comfortable acting to lip flaps and better voice directors for guidance. As with seiyuu, most anime is voiced in group sessions where the actors are recorded together like in a radio play (this method of recording is called pre-lay), so the actors are playing off each other and have greater freedom in acting. Unlike seiyuu, ADR voice actors get to see the final product when recording but seiyuu while recording only see a storyboard or key animation.
Seconded.. Black Lagoon, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, and Baccano! all have incredible dubs.
I have to agree on Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Beebop ^_^ However, I prefer the japanese dub in most cases.
Never seen the Anime adaption of RV, the Manga was enjoyable though~
Sora no Otoshimono, one of the BEST Ecchi Animes I have ever watched. Highly recommended.
Agreed! I don't generally like ecchi series, but Sora no Otoshimono is just waaaayyy too funny to pass up!
indeed.too bad they haven't announce if there's gonna be a 2nd season or not.there should be right?
Second season of Sora no Otoshimono had been announced.
I actually bought the Japanese R2 DVDs... That's how good it is. (^.^)
I will have to add that one to my list. I always like a funny echhi anime to take the edge off ^_~
wow, so many series. I'd happily watch them all again when they hit the states.
Interesting. Will have to check them out.
my plans to license rosario and vampire have now been dashed to pieces!
I hope they release the second season on bluray at least
I hope they get released on Blu-Ray. Sorta can't bring myself to buy DVDs anymore. T_T
I'm excited for Rosario + Vampire and Chaos;Head. Those 2 are top animes, especially Chaos;Head. I wasn't a fan of Soro no Otoshimono, but good on FUNimation for picking up some good titles. They'll get my business. :)
Oh god...this is terrible in my opinion.
