Old and New Camera Comparison Feat. Mai Shiranui
I've decided to reshoot one of my favorite figures, Max Factory Mai Shiranui. The first set is from a photo shoot of her I posted on the legacy figure.fm back in 2007, and was shot with my Sony dsc-P8. The quality of the pics outdoors with ample lighting turned out great.
And for the second set I'll show her as viewed from my Canon G9. I no longer have the plants from the previous shoot, so I found an indoor location with natural lighting instead. If I tried this with the P8, it would probably turn out not so well.
Let me know what you think!

Begin P8 shoot.

End P8 Shoot.
Shots are a little grainy, as expected from such an old point and shoot cam.

Begin G9 Shoot.
I was shooting while the sun was going down, so the first 3 shots had nice strong lighting, and the rest had a softer less intense lighting.

Mai has such a nicely sculpted thighs and hips.

I like this shot, she looks so cute...

End G9 Shoot.
O..Oppai!

I've never been one for big eyes, but damn o.o
Giri giri Oppai.. oAo..
TT_TT This just reminded me Mai isn't in KOFXII.
Although the new Athena is pretty cute. :D
I can't really notice the difference between cameras' qualities. My eyes are too busy focusing on the 'eyes'. And those thighs...man, Mai is really The icon of fighting game girls.
hmm the canon is a little better as the Sony had some noise while the canon was more clear, lovely figure^^ OPPAI! 'o'
Very nice pictures. It's too bad that mold line running down her side draws more attention than such details should. Still a very quality figure regardless.
She is smoking hot great photos man
nice cam, for making the seamline at the lateral body to look so obvious!
i don't collect any figurine because i'm not into it,
but if i were to own one, this max factory mai would be my first choice.
