Super Robot Chogokin Bandais New Gokin Lineup!
Posting more stolen information from the great guys over at the RobotJapan Forums and CollectionDX So all credit for the info and pics goes to them. ^_^
So the Greatness that is the new line of Chogokins from bandai called Super Robot Chogokin!
The lineup seems to be a more affordable line of gokins than the Soul of Chogokin line at a smaller scale but with less gimmicks and more articulation so pretty much Robot Damashii with metal
Also planned is a series of bases that will be able to connect to each other. (expected much?)
Also to note is the inclusion of Super Sentai in this chogokin series.
For those interested Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger and the Mazinger Z Accessory Set are all up for pre-order on amiami and hlj all three and Alteisen are up for pre-order on bigbadtoystore as well
I'm curious how much diecast content are in these.
If they end up in the same price range as Figuarts/Damashii, I might consider a couple. Especially since I was sorely disappointed by the Revoltech Grendizer, and there's only one or two Super Robots I'd like in toy form at the moment.
they seem to be varying in price Mazinger Z is 2,560 yen and Great is 3,270 yen on amiami
Why where you disappointed in the Revoltech Grendizer? I hope they make a Grendizer in that line cause I still want the SOC version, but it's price is very hi.
I'll be getting Shinken-Oh for sure. (Also hoping hard for Deka mecha in the future ^^; )
Shinken-oh is included in the mix of chogokin brands?! That's insanely great!
Love the SOC line and this one seems very nice too! Already preordered Mazinger Z!
I pre-ordered Mazinger Great and the add-ons but I'm just going to wait for amiami to put up Alteisen before I pre-order that though bigbadtoystore has the 4 sets up but for about $10 more expensive than amiami
