MG Wing Gundam Zero Custom
I just finished painting / weathering my old MG Wing Gundam Zero Custom today and I am pretty happy with the outcome. I gave this kit some battle damage effects days ago with Hasegawa U type and flat type chisels and also with an ordinary art knife.
I then gave it the sponge paint chipping effects that I also did with the AC White Glint build, however unlike the brown and flat earth enamel washes of the White Glint, I gave this one an ordinary black mixed with flat earth enamel wash. Thus it does not have the rusted old and battered look that I achieved with the AC kit. I will never weather with neutral colors ( black and gray ) next time and will stick to my rust colored weathering. hihi

I wanted to do that, but realized that I have not remove the seam lines of the rifle and I am lazy to do so. ;D
Wow it really looks like its wings were melted O_O All you need to do is make a diorama for it and it'll be complete haha :) Awesome works sir 8D

nice battle damage man. i need to learn more about doing these kinda detailng. i tried to do it on my zakuII and i think its not too bad for my 1st time on such a kit.
Thanks man! yeah...Zakus looks great weathered...it looks like a toy whenever its clean. XD
even worse for wear. when i was building my zakuII my intention was to make it look like its been used and i had to test certain skills on that kit. call me slack for not using a cheap hg to test these stuff but my 1st time was a charm :)

Thanks kabayan! yes, that was the intention...it is my fav Gundam myself, I just do not like how Bandai made the wings, specially the rubber parts. ;)
