MG deathscythe hell custom EW is coming
here a few info i found courtesy of SRWhotnews it doesn't have a picture yet so this is better than nothing... i guess...
- New type of XXX-G Frame derived from Wing Gundam to be used, which will eventually be shared by the 4 non-transformable Gundam Wing MSs - Gundam Deathscythe, Shenlong Gundam, Gundam Heavyarms and Gundam Sandrock.
- Snap mechanism incorporated for the hand unit to hold the weapon firmly.
- Beam effect part included for the claw deployment of the Buster Shield.
- Beam scythe can be mounted onto the backpack.
- Weapons and accessories: beam scythe, Buster Shield, beam part for Buster Shield.
- 15 runners in total. Comes with marking seal and Gundam Decal (designed by Hajime Katoki-sensei).
- September release, 3,990 Yen (inclusive of tax).
Pretty cool. Can't wait to see the finished product!
from what i have heard there is gonna be a series of gundam wing MG's released
well, im moar of a fan of the wing ver.ka's xD hope they make a deathscythe hell ver.ka
Did you say Buster shield? if it has a shield then it will just be the Death Scythe or the Death Scythe Hell from the TV Series. Last I remember, the Hell Custom ditched the shield for the bat wing like stealth cloak.
They've written it as XXXG-01D on the announcement which is the original death scythe, Hell version was XXXG-01D2.
Well then it is by all means NOT the hell custom. lol.

it is the Deathscythe Ver Ka, or EW, since Katoki wont be doing much work on this kit other than the decal sheet.

I checked happinetonline.com, and they seem to have a CAD of the Ver. Ka; this only strengthens my assumption that they are indeed making the ver. ka, seeing as they already made a wing ver. Ka. This could also mean a MG deathscythe Hell custom is coming in the foreseeable future as well.
also since they say it'll include decals from katoki hajime,that means it is ver.ka,the one with the white head.im wisihng for a sandrock ver.ka,that'd be cool

got a chance to read this from the main site, very excited for all these new releases this coming year, definitely looking forward for the MG releases of the Wing series, and maybe hopefully a MG of Tallgeese or maybe Epyon for the future ^^
Im really quite saddened by the fact that they are making the Deathscythe Ver.Ka. Don't get me wrong, its a nice design, but i would much have preferred ANY of the death scythe variants over this thing. It just doesnt have the same menacing feel that D-Hell or D-Hell Custom (EW version) had.
