Evolution of an Otaku? - Luki's Room 2

Posted by luki [www]

Hey everyone... just wanted to share the biggest change for quite some time now. I decided to renovate my room, as I wasn't too happy anymore with its hard otaku look and feel it has. I'm still an otaku somewhere in my heart, but I wanted it a little bit more mature and on top of that give it a little Japan flair :)

So here is my old room as it got straight into Otacool (so I have a nice memory of it): http://www.figure.fm/post/en/365/Luki+s+Room.html

And here are the pictures of my new one... what do you think? Oh there will be two HUGE pictures (120 x 60 cm) of my Japan travel photos on the wall over my couch (but printing takes some time if I don't want to pay an arm and a leg):

As for now I just switched the restrictor from a 4 way to an 8 way one. Next steps will be a change in the color scheme to purple, with a custom drawn Juri Artwork and plexi cover.

Of course only Sanwa parts are and will be used!

It's not the best one, but I liked that the colors matched with my Hiroshima Carp 49-Fifty and bracelet. XD

No, but it does get some of the stuff that doesn't appear in the other guides and lesser known places. Between that, the Wallpaper* Guide and Lonely Planet you can make a pretty good stab at it.

I don't know why but I really enjoy this room. I think it's view outside the window, for some reason.
