Your first Nendoroid
So, I just got my very first nendo... Drossel, of course XD
It's taken me this long to finally getting my first Nendoroid for a couple of reasons really. The main thing is the price; they're pretty expensive. The second is because while I've always thought nendos were cute (how could you not?!), I just always preferred figmas and would rather spend the money on those instead ^^;
Since getting my Drossel though, my mind has thoroughly been changed. There's just something about them, and now... I WANT MORE XD
But anyway, I got to thinking and thought of a few questions that I'd like to ask everyone out of curiosity ^^...
What was your first Nendoroid? When did you get them? Why did you choose that one? Which is your favourite? In fact... What are the different Nendos that you own? Which future releases are you looking forward to?
Feel free to answer as many of those as you want XD I'm too curious sometimes ^^;
Me? Like I mentioned; I only have Drossel so far. I've always really, really wanted Konata but she's so hard to find legit now, and is so pricey OTL
Canaan and Alphard are at the top of my list too. Then of course there's Haruhi and (super-especially) Yuki, the K-ON! girls, Miku... *dies* @_@

My first nendoroid was L from Death Note. Damn cute sucker that guy is.
I got my first last week funnily enough, It was Ritsu and I've ordered the rest of the K-On Cast because I like them so much, my wallet is crying right now.
I can imagine @_@ If I had the funds, I'd probably buy every Nendoroid there's been... I'm kinda glad that I don't have the money ^^;;

i have BRS on pre-order and only recently i have noticed the flaws like faded paint, EXREMELY loose joints and so on

My first was Mio Akiyama, got it in december. She was my first anime figure at all. Now I've got nine Nendoroids. Haruhi, Mikuru, Tsukasa, Miyuki, Chiaki, Ritsu, Yui and Mimi.
Nice, you're getting quite a collection ^^ Have any more caught your eye for the future?
Got Azusa, Tsumugi and Tooko on preorder. Plus the all Bakamonogatari petite sets.
It's a dangerous habit to get (78 and counting), but healthier than going down the pub.
First: Light Yagami Xmas version, from the dim distant days when Tokyo Toys had figures at a sensible price (damn that 2 dollars to the pound exchange rate) - at least their figures aren't bootlegs even if some of their other stuff is.
Favourite: Saber 002 Armor Ver - she can't stand up properly, the joints aren't that great compared to the later ones, you don't many extras, but damn she has character.
Seventy... eight...?! Wow O_O You're certainly right though. Others spend money on drink, cigarettes or drugs... Figures are a much better thing to spend money on to me :P
Ah, those Xmas Death Note nendos. I swear that Tokyo Toys had those on display for years ^^; I really miss those old days when everything wasn't three times the price compared to elsewhere. OTL
3 more in the post too (Azusa, Ein and Sayuka). Early ones are steadily rising in price, so filling gaps is going to get harder and harder.
Petits are ok on the wallet (got about 30 of those too) but simply don't display as well.

My first one's Miku. She's very adorable! I thought I'd just get one and that's it. Boy, was I wrong. =P

My first was the Lucky Star OVA set with Kagami and Konata dressed as Saber and Rin from fate/stay night ^^
Must admit I've always fancied a drossel, but hoping to find a Miku and Luka first to go with Rin and Len

wondering, whats the cheapest and most expensive nendoroid u have? i got miku for 2000yen 2nd hand (my heart was beating so fast) and the k-on festive box for 10500yen.
Mikkumiku was my first... And the Nendo army still grows... ^^;

I only have one - Saber Lily. The only other Nendo that I've been tempted to get is Mio Akiyama.
I actually have a really great story about my first nendoroid. Well, I find it entertaining anyway...It was a few months back at Anime Boston '10 and within my first few minutes in the Dealer's Room I spotted something pretty high on my shopping list: a Miku Hatsune nendoroid! I was soooo excited and literally squee'd with joy when I spotted the AAA anime sticker on the back of the box. I bought her right away for $65 and was very pleased with myself. The reason it's a great story is because I knew Miku was a super-popular character so I assumed that the figure was rare and that I had claimed the only one in the whole room. But I saw at least four more while wandering around, some probably a little cheaper than mine. Turns out she wasn't as rare as I thought. Oh well, I love the figure and it's a fun memory to recall.
My first nendo was the Hatsune Miku nendo, and she is my favorite, to be honest though I should say she was my first 3 nendoroids because when I got my first nendoroid, I bought 3 Hatsune Mikus.
and Hatsune Miku was the reason I got in to figures too, my soul collection revolves around Hatsune Miku and Ｂ★ＲＳ.
Three Mikus? Wow. How much did that set you back money-wise? ^^;
My first nendos were Pixel Maritan and Yoshika Miyafuji (bought them at the same time) and I received them in November of last year. Since then, My Nendo army has increased its ranks to 8 members, and more on the way ^_^
Oh yeah, and I have a Drossel Nendo now too ^_^ love how her eyes light up!

My 1st nendo, Saber Lily is a B-day prezzie from a friend. Unfortunately, it's a bootleg. Despite that, I still kept it as it is the only memento I have from my friend.
My first Nendo was Yoshika from Strike Witches. Just got the Fate Testarossa nendo this last trip and love her.
My first nendo collecting habit starts this year after being poisoned by people like Kodomut and other fellows of Figure FM (Thanks Guys). Me first nendo would be Yui and now my collection is still growing --...
Ah yes, fig.fm and DC.com can be ve~ry dangerous places sometimes. So many people have tempted me to buy so many things that I wouldn't have bought before otherwise, lol ^^;

Well not much ^^; Manage to get Mio after going to a spot Crimotaku said on one of his post about figure shop in malay and got mugi and azusa on PO coming the end of this month or on Early July :3
Suffering heavy casualty on my decision for collecting Touhou Nendo, but so far manage to get Marisa, Preorder for Remilia, but still looking for my 2 Miko (Reimu and Sanae T_T) plus a Sakuya Nendo.

My first nendoroid(s) was Kagamine Rin and Saber Lily as i bought both at the same time last November (only Nendoroids there at the time), but i guess Rin could be my first as i picked up her box before picking up Saber's, but i did buy them at the same time ^^ Since then I currently have 13 Nendoroids; (in order) Kagamine Rin, Saber Lily, Miku Hatsune (x2), Kagamine Len, Mikkumiku Kagami, Merissa Seraphy, Churuya-san, Akiyama Mio, Hirasawa Yui, Megurine Luka, Raspberyl, Minami Chiaki, and with three more pre-orders on the way: BRS, Tsumugi, and Azusa. I really don't know which is my favorite, they're all so cute and i love each and every one with their differences and personality XD But as of right now, Looking for Yuki Nagato, Haruhi Suzumiya, Kaito, and Ritsu.
That's an awesome lineup you've got so far, lots of my favourites are in there ^^ Hopefully I'll catch you up sometime soon :P Good luck with tracking down the others ^^

L was my first Nendoroid, then Miku, then Yoshika. Unless you count Puchi Nendo's too... but I only have 5 Puchi Nendo's too XD.

Well I bought my first ever Nendo from my first ever Anime Convention . Which Asahina Mikuru Battle Waitress Mode the reason why I bought it is because I have to choose between buying the Figma Ver or Nendo Ver and I think the future releases that I am looking up to is Nendo Azusa
