    Not so much of an add, but when you save a post without publishing it, instead of being taken to a 404 page straight afterward (making you think where your post has gone) it could take you straight to the draft view of the page, to continue editing. ^^;

    Right now, the only way to even see and get to draft posts is through the small nav area on the home page. ^^;

        Also a little associated idea; when you make a draft, when changed to visible it posts it in the order/time that it was drafted in and not the order/time that it was made visible.
        Say if I started an invisible draft at 9am and then made it visible at 5pm, at the moment it would be made visible/posted as if it was posted at 9am and not 5pm when it was finished, so it's lower down the page/back pages.
        Maybe it could be changed so that drafts aren't given a post number until they are made visible?

        Did that make any sense -at all-? XD ^^;

      THIRD!

      I think this is something crucial and not just an add-on since being unable to view your draft defeats the purpose of it being a draft

          Or at least an article that perks people's interest to see what's going on and so.

          About that can of worms thingy, it's been done before.

            Well just for the record.. iirc Danny already stated hundreds of moons ago that users are free to post any articles they want. There's no definition for Good or bad posts (unless the content is questionable..)

            As for people's interests, I think the Post categories already organizes the articles in a way.

            Maybe what your looking for is that every time a user logs in, only specific types topics will pop out based on the individual user's settings or something. ^^
            That could be nice so that the user could filter out what he or she wants to read^

        True that it might be a bit too much, but you've got to agree that it's essential when it comes to a site for people of common interests. There's bound to be something interesting out there that we've directly got to tell another member. Communication is always a must and top priority! XD

      You mean just like YouTube or FaceBook?

      True. So instead of our "Agreed" or "Seconded" comments without elaborations or explanations why, we should just have small Thumbs up or Thumbs down buttons under each comment, an a thumbs count right at that.

        Exactly what i mean, or just implement the "thumbs up" and the count instead of both up and down. Don't wanna be mean to ppl who comment the wrong way (Cant possibly put a thumbs down to any comments here on figure.fm anyway)

      Problem with comment ratings is that it's also susceptible to user abuse..

      You know, users who just like to thumbs down everything just because they feel like it.. ^

        Yeah i notice them, but instead of having both thumbs up and down - just have thumbs up, u just don't have to rate something u don't agree with right? But thumbs up if you do agree.. Or something like that.

    Like others have brought up before, I think an edit button on comments would be a really nice addition so that we no longer have to reply to our own comments to correct spelling mistakes and things like that.
