Hmm I guess not all of the songs were broadcast or will be a 3rd part?
You would think they would do a part 3, because they filmed all of these performances.
I just checked the Music Japan web site (http://www.nhk.or.jp/mj/) and nothing about a part 3 for Anison SP3 is listed… yet.
