This fan keeps my room cool during hot summer days in Waterloo.... but lately it's been cold and windy like winters in HK
The difficulty in getting a University to recognize an anime character code name...... had to write quite a bit to get it approved.

University is the best location if you want to use the recruit function in this game... simply because there are over 100's of wireless connection spots at waterloo.
