Internet connection and technology in the provinces of the Philippines

I would to share something about our technology and gadgets here in the Philippines, although the philippines is catching up with technology, some areas in the country especially in my dacha in the city of bacolod and neighboring cities are having some problems in internet connection, not only that; the province of negros occidental where I am right now is also experiencing a huge power crisis. although we enjoy anime streaming from different sites, it takes light years to finish buffering shows we watch from anime streaming sites,

my comrades here also are tasting what I am experiencing right now, slow and intermittent connections, rotating blackouts we still enjoy ourselves and our passion,

I run on a 512Kbps DSL broadband connection from PLDT myDSL as of this moment I have big problems especially especially our speed it downs every night and even every afternoon, even now I'm having problems uploading pictures especially in Flickr,
