Cosplay in Akihabara?

Me and my gf are now in Japan! Well after stopping by Akihabara we still didn't find any cosplay, at least not the ones she wants. Was wondering if figure could help us once more in this epic quest of cosplaying. We're wondering where to find these places.

Priorities are:
Senjougahara (In blackdress, her casual look) [Bakemonogatari]
Chii (Random) [Chobits]
Clannad School uniform
K-ON School uniform
Yomi [Ga-rei Zero]

... no cosplay desu!
Searching for a Yukata as well, not to expensive but a fancy one would be nice.

I am not too sure about cosplay shops in Akihabara, I am sure there are some. But I know that there are one or two shop at the Nakano Broadway that sell cosplays. Try checking those stores out.

Not specifically, but they are on the upper floors. They have their cosplays on display outside of their stores to check out and I am sure they have more inside as well.

I was going to suggest Nakano Broadway as well.

In Akihabara, the most memorable cosplay store was in the Mandarake building (8 Floors). It's now in the shadow of that big shiny black sky scraper across from Comic Toranoama.

Im not really interested in cosplay so I dont know if they have those you are looking for or not. But in the alley behind the side on your photo there are couples of old hobbies store with all kind of prices. Cosplay stuffs usually on the same floor with dolls or H books. I recall see a good price of Sesshomaru set something for 6000 yen.

yeal, the main road is actually tourist friendly... All the "otaku" stuff are in the allies and backstreets (and maybe the farther you are to the train station...)

theres are few in Akiba, mainly in small shops u wont easily find however... i tend to find getting cosplay stuff in japan is hard considering most their view of cosplay are for female, which is annoying cause u see guys crossdressing during comiket because there isnt any decent male cosplay costume to purchase...

second floor in Mandarake in akiba sells cosplays, cells and dollfies...

I was in Japan not too long ago, I'm pretty sure in Akihabara there was a cosplay store, if I remember rightly it was near the taito station, on the opposite side of the road down a side street. I got a leaflet for it from a girl dressed as Rei
