New gadget or more likely a new toy?
Finally, my new gadget has arrived. It is a nice looking gadget and no, it is not an Iphone, Ipad or anything I-related gadget. Don't have anything from Apple now, but love their design.
Anyway, letting you guys know it is a new mobile phone. Mashiro is allready standing by to see what it might be. Seems she starts to wonder if it is Something for her or something for me? I got to say, it is something for me ^^
Mashiro wants to help me to get the new gadget out of the box. She opens the box for me, but she has no idea what it is ^^
Yes my new mobile phone, have been waiting for some time to get this one. Love the design, wonder how this one works.
Suddenly I realise something... and I do mean that I have never though about it.
It has the perfect size to be Mashiros computer. So I started to let her play with it for awhile. She started to examine the new machine. What is this, she asked. Not answering her she continues and start to hit the few buttons available. After waiting for a few seconds, it switched on.
Now it started to get interesting seeing how excited Mashiro got after something happened. Mashiro found out that the machine could slide open. The keyboard was revealed and after hitting the screen and buttons, she could use internet. How joyfull this is.
After configuring the new machine I got it to work with my main computer so that Mashiro could use her own keyboard to go online. She use my screen to go online and it is even portable enough to let her go somewhere else if she wants. Just letting you know, it has wifi ^^ No need for a too big keyboard. It fits her even better than the one I use ^^
It looks so small o.O
Kiaaaaaaaa Vivaz pro >.< ...i want it too. Must wait 3-4 days to get money and than i buy it too ^^ ...hope its cool
It is cool, but I think it has 2 minor flaws. Start up is slow, but machine stays on, so no problem. Had some problems with charging for the first time, nothing happened, needed to wait abit longer before it charged xD
Cool thing for charging is, I can use USB to charge it... so only need a working computer to charge. Really handy and something new for me ^^ I think the Iphone has this feature too, not sure.
Need a appstore for more nice apps... kind of missing this. Sony Ericsson has some, haven't checked it all yet.
Mobile phones, especially some of the LG models that fold like little laptops, make perfect netbooks for 1/3 scale dolls too. Very cute. If you don't want to spend on a working model you can find dealer dummy models available on eBay all the time.
Never intended to use it as a laptop for Mashiro, just happened to notice that the size was just right ^^
Maybe should get a few dummy models on Ebay.
Isn't it great to see your daughter is into tech? haha She looks very comfortable using that keypad.
Yeah... she loves tech and she feels comfortable using the keypad, that is what she told me ^^ No need to stretch her arms all the way from left to right.
