NY Dolpa 4, day 2
This is a somewhat late report from the second day of NY Dolpa 4.

Huge line awaited us outside even though we arrived 45 minutes earlier.

Huge line to cash register to buy some limited stuff.

Princess and a frog.

This and some following pictures with painted background are replicas of setups for the book "Another Yourself" which is a VOLKS dolls photo album for 2009. There was a book signing event for it on-site.
The dolls themselves are older limited edition dolls.

Arrr! ;)

Nice hand-made wig. Made out of fur of some sort.

I like this one too.

Ami from the day one changed clothes (there it was with rabbit ears in the hands of the lucky one-off winners)

Somebody's hefty loot.

Girft-exchange game.
Everybody was singing "happy un-birthday" and passing gifts around until the song stopped.
The valuable difference from the game of music chairs is that you get to keep whatever was in your hands once the song ends.

I love the details of this boy.
Also somebody said he looks like grown up Macaulay Culkin which is pretty true.

Preparations for the SD makeup workshop ;)

Somebody was impatient enough to wait for the real Red Queen to arrive and instead made her own.

First time I actually catch somebody else's flash on a short shutter speed.

SD workshop face painting.

This guy turned out to be pretty popular between girls and changed girlfriends often.
Some female visitors even voiced their opinion of his bad behavior.

At the end VOLKS gave away all the posters.
Since there was much more people wanting them, they used rock-paper-scissors game to determine who gets what.
I did not win anything :(

And that's it for the day.
Bye-bye.
