Rare DD Clothing?

I'd had my Rin for a while now and I'm starting to get interesting and giving her a new look. I do want to increase her bust, but before I do that I'd like to get some more revealing clothing. All I have right is her casual and school outfit clothing.

Where do you guys get Dollfie Dream clothing? I've seen a few links on here, but unless I'm blind they seem to have a lot of clothes for smaller dolls instead of Dollfie Dream's. I imagine I'm looking in the wrong places since being pretty new into the Dollfie world, the only thing I know to search for is Dollfie Dream.

Also, besides just regular Dollfie Dream clothing, what are some good places to look for rare clothing? By rare, I mean those clothing sold by Volks that are done by lottery. For example, I've become really attached to the He Is My Master set, but seeing as how Dollfie Dream's don't appear to be quite popular on eBay, I don't know where to look.

The only site I have for Dollfie's is www.dollfieworld.com, which is where I originally got my Rin. A great site, and I'd appreciate any information on others like it.

Thanks!

Sites I visit include dollmore.net, dollfieworld.com, and Dollheart.com. If you want to try and find rare dollfie clothing you should try Yahoo Auctions Japan, that is probably the best place to look for those...I'm not really aware of other sites that would have them someone else might now.

Also if you are looking for clothing for DDs most places will list items differently not specifically labeling them for DDs or SDs. They might list them by scale by which you should look for 1/3 and if they do measurements 50-60cm. is the right size for your DD. A great alternative brand I have found for DD clothing is Azone, their clothes fit perfectly on DDs.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks for the links and also the sizes. Those sizes will definitely help as looking for just DD was limiting me in my searches. I'm sure I'll find more to choose from by looking for the right sizes. :)

I also have problems finding clothes for my DD dynamite body. Volks have a few outfits but usually they are sold out. Dollfieworld is a nice site and carries most of the sold out clothes but with an increase in price which is reasonable. But I am jealous of other comrades who post Dollfies in beautiful outfits that are difficult to find.

True, Dollfie World does increase the price quite a bit. I think sometimes it can be worth it. For those hard to find items, sometimes you just have to pay it. I think I paid more than twice retail value for my Rin. It was hard to swallow, but worth it.

I agree with the jealousy. Seeing all these awesome pictures is really making me want some nice clothing. The bad part of Flickr and Figure.fm, it makes you spend more money. :p

Same as everyone else, Yahoo Auction. Shelled out a great deal of $$$ already T.T

You know, after reading a post on Tsuki-board about Yahoo Auction, it doesn't seem as daunting as I thought. The hardest part seems to be getting the proper category and the proper Japanese text. I have a link from Ultima-i earlier which I used to get better results for the category as my first search directly on Yahoo Auction produced a lot of garbage. I'm also trying to use Google translate to get the text I need.

      A lot easier than I thought. :)

I always just type "dollfie" into the google translate and paste the japanese text into the Yahoo! Japan auction search. Seems to come up with everything I need.

I also just got a DDdy and it is rather hard to find nice clothing for her. But her previous owner showed me a few sites to check ( which all but one have been listed above ). I actually just made an order from here: http://nightfallwalker.web.fc2.com/frame.htm And the owner was very nice to talk with and was very easy to deal with on clothing. They do very nice work and I can't wait to get those clothes in. And yes, Yahoo Japan is THE place to get awesome DD and DDdy clothing. I have already spent way too much for some things but that's ok as they will look very nice on my daughter!

That site is interesting. Just what I was looking for, cool outfits for the DDdy at reasonable prices.
Thanks! I will buy a set to see the quality.

I've bought things from a variety of places, including Cotin Doll World (http://eng.cotindoll.com/), Dollfie World, and Cool Cat (http://us.sk-coolcat.com/). I've also bought stuff from other folks here ("hand me downs," as it may be) and direct from other owners who happen to also make their own stuff.

On a related noted, if you decide you no longer want Rin's school outfit, I'd be interested in buying it. :D

Thanks for the links, seems like some more great sites. :)

Considering how much I paid for Rin, I doubt I'll ever sell even a strand of her hair, let alone her uniform. Though maybe in future you can catch me off guard. :P :)

Aww, that's too bad... Rin was my first daughter so I didn't even think to enter the lottery for her outfit. Now with Sakura on the way, I was really hoping I could have a matching set of school uniforms for them.... :)

Wish I could help you there. They would look really well together in a uniform. Could get some nice shots of a school setting. Hopefully you can get your hands on one soon. I know I'd love to see some pictures. :)

Update! Won myself the He Is My Master set from a Yahoo Japan auction. I'm really excited, never thought it would be so easy. My first purchase for Rin. Next up, a bust. :)
