Used images of WWII Tanks in the snow to get the look of Ice on armor.
Battle Damage! As the Cockpit is the weakest part of the Gogg it makes this area around the Torso a prime target!
Built in Beam Cannons.
Arms capable of retracting for less drag when submerged.

Looks good! A fearsome Yeti to ambush those poor Feddie GM Cold District types.
Only thing that looks a bit strange are the red belly cannons. Also, the ice build up color doesn't synch perfectly with the normal snow/ice. I would advise perhaps creating some actual buildup with some sliced cotton or something.
Sea Ice has more blue than fresh water Ice.
