KidNemo - Please Help!

I've cancelled an order with KidNemo after 3 days of emails with no reply and no shipping notice. Has anyone else had issues with them? The item I ordered isn't even on their site anymore since they updated. ;_;

      It's okay, the problem was resolved ^_^ it was the Lucky Star Konata figma... I have her now, but from ebay... ^_^;
