Late April - Early July Loot

Posted by Miette-chan [www]

Man, I totally neglected to post any loot at all since late April. Instead focusing more on enjoying it than taking pictures of it.

I ranted a bit about this loot, if you are bored enough give that look.

Also, good god, these pictures are blurry I feel somewhat ashamed.

I missed on all the first shipments for the K-On! figmas, so I pre-ordered all of them for their second shipment,

Somehow, poor Ritsu and Mugi were not popular enough to sell out so I still got those in the first shipment anyways.

Buying anime and supporting the industry is a good thing to do. Thankfully Funimation with their S.A.V.E. label makes that really affordable. I mean a complete show like Air plus OVAs for less that $20?

I also got Kannagi while I was at it.

I mentioned it before but my true loyalties lie with video games, so I tend to buy a lot without much consideration other than my interest.

One thing, go buy Sin and Punishment Star Successor.

Lately I found myself buying lots of books. Of interest is the book, Nintendo Magic: Winning the Video Game Wars, that chronicles the creation of the Wii and DS and their rise to dominance in sales.

Lastly, fellow comrade Motoko Yamamoto is to blame for this purchase thanks to her Mio post a while back.

Man, I should have my blog post less ranty and more like this.

Almost got the whole HTT figma band there. Hmm that Nintendo book looks interesting. I'll keep an eye out for that one.

Such a shame, although now that I went to look at those pictures I noticed a big difference that Nanoha might not have been happy about.

Nice loot. Trauma Team and Sin an Punishment are pretty good. Funny, cuz I also got Air although in Blu-Ray form.

I can't imagine playing a fighting game on a PC without a controller or arcade stick to which I might as well use them on a console.

It's quite possible to use the keyboard. My fiance manages to pull combo chains in Vanguard Princess somehow.
