Revy New Line ver.

This is the re-release of New Line's 1/6 cold cast figure of Revy, the dual-wielding gunslinger from the manga/anime Black Lagoon. One of my favorite anime shows, it has a lot of John Woo-inspired action, as well as a colorful cast of characters. There is a third season to be released in OVA form in 2010 as well.
This is a great figure, although her hair bangs seem a little longer and more extended from her forehead than her anime rendition's. The rest of the figure is very well done though, and it has a cool base as well. More pictures and review over on my Blog.
Revy and Roberta, both New Line 1/6 scale cold cast figures from Black Lagoon
I remember these figures, I remember Roberta going for almost $300 some where. I love both the anime and manga. Some of my favorite. Lots of action, and each arc has a deep story.
Wow, that's nearly double the MSRP for her. BL is one of my favorites too, although the manga hasn't had new chapters in a while. I really want to know how the current arc with Roberta and Fabiola ends.
It's a shame that Black Lagoon got almost any attention from figure makers... I only remember the Alter's one that wasn't so great and this one that was really pricy.
Where's GSC when you need it?!
I thought the Alter one was decent, it had her in a dynamic pose. Although its going for extortionary prices on eBay, glad I got her earlier for cheaper. Maybe with Black Lagoon The Third Barrage coming out in 2010, we'll see more figures.
Ah! Roberta caught my eye but didn't fit my wallet. =D Great seeing these two characters since I've been re-watching Black Lagoon.
Yeah, its the cold cast that puts a premium on the price. Roberta is a huge figure at 1/6 though, and plenty detailed, so it was worth it for me.
She looks like a real hotshot gunslinger~
