Hatsune Miku VN02 Mix Version

Miku's VN02 Mix Version came in the mail last week, but some post office blunderings prevented me from picking it up until yesterday :(
Anyways, she's a very cool and futuristic looking figure. After taking a few shots outside, the wind blew her off what I had her perched on! Thankfully, the figure, itself, looks undamaged. Her base is a little scuffed up, though. Oh wells. She's not the first figure to take a dive, hehe. Here are the first batch of preview shots I took last night. More to come. Enjoy!

I'm poor, but I still bought it :( I almost forgot I had ordered it.
i almost bought it, but the price was a turn off, so i bought a bunch of figmas and nendoroids instead XP now that i know her scale, i was kinda glad i didn't buy her >.>
I thought she was gonna be bigger, too. But it is only a 1/8 scale figure.
I know how you feel. I had to let this one slip too.....

I wasn't interested in this fig in the 1st place, price is another matter, because one of my local retailers allow customers to reserve items over a 3 month period from the date it is stoked in, and pay by "weekly/monthly ïnstalllment" method to help anyone low on budget to buy expensive figures.

I buy from eBay frequently and everything has been authentic so far. I wonder why many complain having bought a bootleg from eBay because it is very easy to differentiate them -never expect to buy one cheaper than Japan retail price. At least equivalent or higher.
She looks cool. To bad i had no money to buy her :l

Nice first pic. Why do you complain about her size? She doesn't look small to me.
When the first pics of her came out, I guess it just looked like it was gonna be huge. I don't have any room for huge figures anymore, so the 1/8 size is good.
Ouch, sorry to hear about the dive/fall. I always give myself a heart attack whenever one of my figure falls. ~~ Usually when I try to dust/clean the figures.
I definitely like Miku's face on this particular figure. The price tag is what drove me away from this one however.
Unfortunately for me, I'm blind when it comes to price :(

You probably won't notice unless you see it in person but has anyone noticed her hair color being slightly different from her bang vs her top head vs twintails?
Yeah, I think it's because of the different materials used for each part, maybe? The twintails are translucent.

Out of curiosity, can we get a reference on the actual size of the figure? ie: how tall is it?
I know somebody mentioned 1/8 earlier but more specific measurements would be nice.
it's 1/7 scale. 42cm in height including the base. Just combine the length of a long ruler and short ruler you get the height roughly, just slightly less.
I love the size, but out of budget. Will buy on impulse when released in november if i have extra budget.

It's actually listed at 1/8. I will do some size comparison shot later for fun. XD
