For doing quick panoramas, you might want to consider checking out Microsoft Image Composite Editor from MSR. It's a pretty nifty tool that does great with stitching panoramas and adjusting the perspective to match. :)

Sounds like something I need
I really like it. It's like a scaled back version of Photosynth that only does two dimensional/planar motion that doesn't require special software or client to view. It's pretty quick and automatic, but there isn't a way to manually adjust the output or tweak the composition in the case the software gets it wrong.
