Dollfie Dream DD Ogata Rina 緒方理奈's Arrival
A few days ago I have finally received email notification from Volks that the long awaited Dollfie Dream DD Ogata Rina 緒方理奈 is finally making her way across the ocean to become the 11th Dollfie Dream daughter based on my scale. Due to the fact that I have split my order between Volks International and Volks USA as a mean to support Volks USA, I am only going to welcome Rina today; however, I have made some provisions to have DD Yuki to arrive sooner… So today, we are going to welcome Rina and here we have DD Airi アイリ, DD Kiriha 桐葉 and Ecchi Lion to welcome her arrival~
Oh oh, what do we have here? I suppose either Kiriha nor Airi can wait any longer before taking their first dip on their new sister! And as usual, Ecchi Lion is there to direct everything….
Me: Ooops, my finger accidentally hit the shutter on the camera….. it was an accident I swear!
Rina chan: Otousan ECCHI!
And of course, Kiriha just wouldn’t let Airi get close to Rina!
And you can see a faint trace of the blue tint on Rina’s animetic eyes in this close up picture.
Here is a solo shot of Rina with the microphone stand, the stand is made out of aluminum!

Oh oh, Ecchi Lion is up to something here!
If there is one constant truth in my house, is that my Dollfie Dream daughters can’t refuse Ecchi Lion… for reason unknown…
And what’s inevitable to come, is fairly obvious to everyone familiar with Ecchi Lion….
While I would love to finish this photo shoot, but I have got to wait for Dollfie Dream DD Yuki’s arrival; which I hope will happen sooner rather than later!

Thank bro, I am saving the mojo for the YUki X RIna photo shoot and go with a bang! Yup, I guess, those two photos are also part of my biggest takeaway from this vacation. I can't wait to take my girls out on vacation again~

Photographing Rina is a bit tricky to be honest, her mouth does look quite pointy in person.

I need to get a 35mm prime due to the crop factor, 50mm is a bit too narrow sometimes.
Would that give you more picture / wider angle then?
I'm shortly going to be looking for a new lens soon, something for my 350D and my soon-to-have 7D. What's your recommendation?
I think anonymous_object is more familiar with the canon glass. I would definitely get a 35mm or 50mm prime.
