Welcome to the crowd ^^ This looks pretty good, I like the eyes but I think what makes her look funky is the eyes position, they look slanted, the left eye more so(her right)which is too high(would have worked if the face was more at an angle) the nose is also a little too high for my taste ^^' but good job ether way =]

    Hello fellow artist and Luka-Fan!
Looking good there, but there's a few things that could use improvement. Please consider this comment as an attempt to help you become even better than you are, not an insult or me trying to make fun of you. I really like your picture, that is why I spent my time trying to give you my feedback on what I think could be improved.
This is just my opinion and not a professional's. I am still learning myself and what I say might be incorrect. This is merely how I feel about it.

Overall, you have a very good foundation there, but I the face is a bit off; the nose is too high up, and so is the eye on the left (her right eye). I also think that the shape of her mouth is a bit weird, but that might be me seeing things.
What bothers me more is the composition: I think it is a bit too tightly cropped and is thus lacking a bit of focus. Showing more of her body and maybe not a quadratic frame would have helped. It's hard to say what kind of pose she is in, for example where her left arm is going (right in the picture).
I also personally dislike the undefined background. I believe one should always draw character in an environment, even if it is just very simple and undefined. the way it is now, the background serves no purpose (in my opinion) than to distract from her - exactly the opposite of what you want to!
Also, the dark outlines are a bit too dark and heavy for such a light-coloured picture. Maybe try making lighter outlines (you can just "erase" the lines thinner in SAI after you drew them).
I edited your picture a bit to illustrate my points, It's very raw and probably not everyone's taste, but I think it helps to make clear what I am rambling about here.

(Notice: Simple Background, face (might still be off, I suck), composition, framing, colour balance.)

Thank you for reading, I hope to see more pictures from you soon!

Please do not hate me now, I really just want to help.
