Sneak Peak at Raiden cosplay I working on

This will be the first time I will be cosplaying, hahhaa I am going to make it look super good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As an avid DC and Figure.fm reader, I will be exclusively posting updates here and as well as my blog. ^3^..... What was I gonna say?..... O yea this model is been in progress for like 40+ hours, and for all those 3d modelers out there; it took so long because this was my first time learning how to use a 3d modeling program. >_____< ; huge learning curve! Well I look forward to constructive criticism as well as comments =

Oh yeaa forgot to give out a shout out to Omi Gibson for inspiring me to go the extra mile to make a raiden cosplay; she one of my favorite cosplayer and also of course danny giving me the lecture about the man on the deserted island (morale of the story: you make this happen with your own hand and actions)

Awesome, good luck! :D I'm looking forward to seeing more!

You may already know all this, but the one tip I would give for 3D modeling is to try to keep your geometry clean. Every face should only have three or four sides. It makes it a lot easier to work with and modeling programs can get buggy with 5+ sided faces. Gridflow is also important, it can make a big difference!

Is that Blender you're working with? I've never really used it, so I don't recognize the interface.

yes I am using blender 2.5 alpha. I had it crash on me several time. I was wondering if you know how to flatten multiple surfaces on blender?

Sorry, I've never used Blender so I don't know. >_< The specifics are different for every program.
