Kayso, I'm moast likely heading to Otakon this year. I've been to Comicon 3 times before, so i somewhat know what to expect, crowd wise. But this will be my first anime convention so i was wonderin if yall had any advice to help me through it all. c: thanks
I'd say if you've been to comicon before otakon should be no problem, just be aware of the heat and the extra crowd of people coming for the soccer game. Other than that don't go out alone at night :O there's creepy people >_<
Cx ill keep that creepy people coment in mind. And huge crowds wont be a problem for me. I mean, how many really tall bald black guys(my dad) will be there?

My most important advice: make sure you plan ahead. The con schedule is usually posted online a week before the convention, so you can plan your activities in advance. Popular events include the Masquerade, AMV contest, Otakurave, and the concerts. Also, be sure to check out the Artist Alley and the Dealer's Room.
Ditto on being careful at night. I've run into some unwanted attention before, so make sure you're with a friend when you leave the con center.

I'll only be at Otakon for one day cuz im really only going for the cosplay and dealer's room so there wont be much planing there ^^;; and yes, that's Bou. The cutest crosdresser ive ever seen *Q*

Saturday cuz the site said that's when moast of the cosplayers are there. But, and thats a HUGE but,if im really good, my dad might take me on sunday.
