Straightening Dollfie Hair?

Anybody have tips on straightening out a dollfie's hair?
I'm trying to get the bangs and sidebangs here really straight.
I like this wig, and its curlyness, but this is the one part I want fully straight.
Any tips?
I've already tried hot water, but it seems like that's just a temporary solution.

A hair straitener?
Hair straightener might damage synthetic fibers. I've done it once and it made it kind of frizzy and I used it on a really low setting with a paper towel between the plates and hair >< I would say boiling hot water and then hang her upside down or pull it straight and put some kind of weight to keep it straight. After that I'd put some water wax from volks on it to keep it straight. It's such a pretty wig though, that color looks fantastic on your girl.
Have you used boiling water, or just hot water? I would probably boil it for 30 seconds or so and then use something like Volks' wig spray or water wax to style it straight.
I would not recommend using a hair straightener or any other heating tool used for human hair. It will, in most cases, damage the wig very very badly! ^^
i use Water wax for dollfie and Dollfie Wig Mist from Volks. the results is very great! Also check this guide on Aquillas Blog

Thanks for all the replies. I actually tried a straightener before reading any of these comments.
Lets just say that the straightener works, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Only at the LOW LOW LOWEST degrees does it not damage the wig.
I tried my best to keep the heat super super low (infact I heated it for like 5 seconds then turned it off). As a result, one side of the wig got a little frizzy / damaged, but one side is fine. That being said, it does work but there is a high risk in damaging the wig.
