Just got PSP fate / extra type moon box, and of course with figma Saber Extra.
Can't ever imagine the new Saber not being the "Saber" that we know...she (?!) is no longer King Arthur....no Exclibur, no Caliburn and no Avalon. Maybe some of you already know who she is?!
Anyway it is a very good figma product and I love it so much.

I noticed in some pictures the Ahoge looks awkward and in others it looks normal but I guess it just depends on the angle you take a picture at. But all in all the figure does look pretty good and I can't wait for mine to arrive.
well the Ahoge (together with front hair part) also come in 2 versions. Wada Aruko ver. looks so........unique ^^
Yea I realized that the hair styles were different all together after looking at it more but it's still a awesome looking version of saber.

If I recall one of the faces is based on huke's drawing? I just paid for mine yesterday and it should be shipping soon ^^ It's not King Arthur, but it's still Saber. And not only that, she's voiced by Cardcaptor Sakura (Tange Sakura) herself! So does she have an official name other than "Saber Extra" in the game yet? ^^;

Didn't he do the cover art and some of the other illustrations? I thought I did read somewhere that one of the faces was based on an artist's rendition, but I can't remember who.
Cover art of typemoon box is illustrated by Takeuchi takashi, and all characters in fate/extra is design by Wada Auko.

Original saber's price is rising.... I do hope max factory could sell it again (or even a ver.2 is always welcomed :D)
She's nice, I got mine yesterday. But I don't like her gold colored leg plates/boots, I thought it was in silver color. And yes, the invisible skirt too >.>
I do think invisible skirt is a funny design.
however its too large and occupied much of the space inside my display case x_x

Most of Volk's blue colour dresses also helplessly stain... just like original Saber's.... v_v

Is it me or (not optical) eyes are bigger in red version?
Yes, you are right. Since the character designer is different, so Red version have much larger eyes while compare to other Sabers.
