heidi, after two long years

Okay so here's the thing, I haven't been posting on (dannychoo.com) for like two years now and I was kinda confused when I got back there. Everything was so different @.@ At any rate, I figured out that people post here now and that dannychoo.com is now a true blue blog by Danny. So my first post after two years! HURRAH!!

A little something about me, I love Visual Kei and J-rock. I like other genres as well be it Japanese or not, but I love those two to death :) So this is probably the only thing I'll be posting here from now on :P I'll try to make as much as I can, sharing what I know and sharing my love for music and hopefully getting other people hooked to it as well :D

Right now I'm listening to a Visual Kei named .heidi. You may have heard of them since they did sing both EDs of Kaicho wa Maid-sama!

At first, I thought this band was another mainstream Japanese rock band, but when I listened to some of their albums and singles, I was totally hooked! Although they are labeld Visual Kei, they don't really have the 'traditional feel' of Visual Kei. They're different in both look and sound. If you're a true fan of Visual Kei, you would see the immediate difference hahaha. Another great example would be SID, they same band that sang for FMA: Brotherhood
