Dollfie Dream DD Rina 緒方理奈 X DD Airi アイリ @ Chicago lakefront
So for the past weekend, I welcomed one of the many Dollfie Dream comrades I have made online through Dannychoo.com and figure.fm, tsunamidelta who traveled with his Dollfie Dream daughters from Ohio to Chicago meet one of his long time friend Shintocowboy, Anonymous_Object and I. Originally, we were going to have a massive Dollfie Dream shoot out at a local garden but due to some extreme weather conditions and severe thunderstorm raging through the Midwest late Friday afternoon left many suburban regions of Chicago underwater forced us to abandon the plan for the group gathering (all the while left a few of Tsunamidelta's daughters stranded, quite literally). Fortunately, the weather made a 180 degrees turn around Saturday afternoon and Tsunamidelta and I were able to take our daughters to Chicago Museum Park for a good photos session. Since I have taken my most spoiled, most pampered and most treasured daughter 紅瀬桐葉 Dollfie Dream Kiriha to LA to attend AnimeExpo 2010, I think it's about time to give my other lovely daughters some loving, so I have decided to take my 9th daughter Airi アイリ and 11th daughter Rina 緒方理奈 with me on this outdoor photo session at the Chicago Museum Park and lakefront. Actually, it's very hard to take the girls out on solo mission because more often than not, you have to move around a bit and had to leave some of your personal belonging unattended. It's really best to go out in group, and strength and courage in number of course!

I was relatively unscratched, save for getting completely soaked on Friday afternoon! Yeah, looking like I will head back to the museum park in the future as there are numerous spots I have yet to explore.
That is some dedication right there. XD The area looks like a ideal spot for pics! I should really head out and have a photograph sessions with my girls.
Best to go out in group as not everyone is accustomed to see a guy carrying around a 60cm doll. We went into a teenage who apparently thought we were weirdo for carrying a doll around in public to take photograph. I set my girls down and starred back at him until he left. Then we met a middle aged guy who asked which Japanese anime these dolls are from :D, so it's not always bad either.
Yeah I have to agree with going as a group, especially since you'll have more people to throw out ideas for poses and settings. Yeah I experienced that at AX, which was a bit surprising. Going out in public there were some non-con goers who just stared at me like I was some kind of weirdo and then I had a couple older people ask me where I had gotten my dolls and they wanted to take pictures of them.
Have yet to take my girls out during a non-con setting due to the fact that within my area I don't think there are people who are dollfie entusiasts.
Well, at least there are several DD enthusiasts in CA I think? Should try to arrange a meetup for photo shoot. It's a definite advantage to go out in number, as it's far better to have more people watching your back, daughters and equipments.
I can foresee myself making the journey to CA again someday!
Yeah it would be nice to arrange a DD gathering. The thing is I'm sure that everyone is pretty spread out and it will be quite a trip for everyone to gather. I live San Francisco and to get to here from Southern California is around 5-6 hours and from Sacramento is 1 and a half to 2 hours. It would be pretty awesome to find DD parents that live within my immediate area...maybe I should roam around DOA more or something.
OH and it would be awesome to see you back here in CA again!

Wonderfully taken photos! I Especially like this one with Rina's Hair blowing in the wind, it's a real "Model Shot". Sometimes the wind can work in your favour.

Well, I'm a self-proclaimed Rina "fanboy" so I got to do everything I can to make her look as beautiful and sexy as I can possibly can, the shot came out just the way I wanted :D

Weather was insane! Shintocowboy's basement was flooded, his car was submerged underwater! Luckily Tsun was able to get away on his "Dollfie Ark" to come to the dry land in Chicago downtown. Rina is lovely isn't she :D
Sounds intense lol, and the Dollfie Ark! haha that's something I'd love to see. Though I don't think the two-by-two thing would work, it would just be 'in yuri pairs' XD
And yes indeed, much like Yuki, they're both gorgeous ^^
DD Yuki is scheduled to arrive very soon, hope to reunite them for some hard core YUkiXRIna very soon XD

you really a good father is what i can only say..im sure all the girls is happy for you being their father..me, im hoping to get my first DD soon..it is DD sakuno..and i wish i could really get since the job im getting right now is not still for sure :)
