Can SD, SD13 and DD clothes fit DDdy?

Hello!
I'm planning on getting my first dollfie ever, and I want it to be a DDdy.
I'm going to buy the parts, but I haven't decided on the clothes, and I found this cute blue dress, but I don't know if it will fit her.
So, have you ever buy clothes for SD Girls, SD13 Girls, DD (S/M Bust Only) and could they fit you DDdy? (if you have any)

Unfortunately, DDDy bodies are unique in shape and have fairly specific clothing dimension requirements. The clothes you buy with either have to be extremely loose fitting for an SD/DD or tailored for a DDDy body. Even with the former, sometimes the fit won't quite look right due to the shape of the body.
While it's more likely you'll find a top that will fit, the bottom is a different story. I managed to squeeze Yoko into a set of pants made for a DD (though I didn't know it at the time) but only because they were made of a stretchy material that could conform to her shape.

Unfortunately, I have to concur. it makes buying clothes a bit trickier as DDdy is unusually busty for a 1/3rd scale doll - most 1/3rd scale dolls tend to be more 'reasonable' in terms of T&A size, which means fitting a DDdy into clothes intended for most 1/3rd scale dolls has been rather iffy.
All right, if you see a dress that marked「SD16/DDdy」...
You can buy it for your "DDdy" girl.～ ^_^
In fact, there is not so much clothes for "DDdy" girl now.
It's really a problem.～ XD
About Dress size: SD/SD13= DD M Bust ／ SD16= DDdy (DD L Bust maybe ok...)
