The red card is a promo from 09, only way you gonna find that is mostly at a store which can be very hard. The blue card is the RRR version, their is also a RR version of that card. Both can be gotten in the booster packs.
If you are deperate to get it and want to complete the deck, why not just middle man it then.

What you do is ask a middle man in japan to help you buy stuff from yahoo japan, and then they ship it over here, with a fee of their own. It may cost a few bucks more but you get what you want, and if they like ordering stuff from yahoo japan, you can give more bussiness to this middle man as well.
I have poor connections in the otaku world (including Japan)...
