The regular DVD is not listed, because the OVA comes as a DVD in the magazines.
So only the DVD Limited Set, and the regular Bluray will have the Illustration book, and the Stop Motion Videos. (Nendo Puchi DM+BRS only come with the limited editions.

For the Stop Motion, here's a little info.

~The staff of "Nightmare Before Christmas" and "Coralline" are working on it.
