woah, their eyes have opened? did you used camera flash? It might blind their eyes. use lamp light but too close on them ok? And what's this question of letting them stay still?

Kittens. My one true weakness. Must... run from... cuteness.

You can't do anything to keep them still other than put them in a secluded area. They WILL get into anything and everything they can. I hope you have another kitten, because if you have one. They tend to be very mischievous if they are the only kitten. If you have another they will play with each other and not get into much trouble. For now keep it in a box.

Just keep them in a room where theres nothing too dangerous and where everything is secured, the more they interact the more theyll learn. Just make sure to keep a carefull eye on them

Things are going to get lively around there soon! My favorite time is when they are still little *2-3 months* and go into 4 wheel drive to chase each other on the carpet. >w<

feed them till they're full and sleepy and wrap them in a blanket like a baby nyah :3

I remember my first cat having 4 kittens and I couldn't leave them alone. Even after they opened their eyes, I would play with them constantly.

From my experience , the autofocus light is the cause of they shutting their eyes. Use the manual focus if your camera is an SLR. Raise the ISO up to 800.

But wait for another 2 weeks since they sre learning how to use their eyes.
