Darkly cute punk rock grrl...

I finally got Mitzi's permanent wig. I know a lot of you liked the purple but I'm not sure whether the wig can be saved. It's badly thrashed in the back. Besides, purple and black streaks look right to me.

She reminds me a little of Tohya Miho from the web manga Megatokyo. She also reminds me of the girls that used to hang out on Melrose Avenue in Hollywood in the 1980s. She'll get some piercings and tattoos eventually. She actually has one "tat" already...the original owner tried to do a Ghost In The Shell-style port in her neck. It looks more like a tattoo of that.

Pics of the neck detailing? Sounds neat. Not really my style of dollfie, but she looks cute!

She looks great, I like this wig a lot too. She needs some punky clothes, I think.

That's coming, I assure you. Also I gotta clean up that glue left over from the eyelashes the person previously owned by Mitzi had installed.

One of the nice things about this wig is that IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE. No need for wig stop, no need for a wig cap...it's on and stays on.

It's just hard to pull on slightly. lol Also for the sake of noting it, this wig is a 7"-8" Monique wig, which is generally on the side for a Dollfie Dream, but it does fit surprisingly! Ususally they were 8"-9"

Thanks. She's going to get some more punk rock looking clothes, though. Right now she's sharing a wardrobe with Yumiko, and Yumiko's sense of style is different than hers.

That she does. Originally I was looking at her for dolly-hack fodder, but as it turns out I just fell in love with her as she is. She is a prime example that Obitsu makes dolls that are just as pretty as Dollfie Dream and they tend to be more reasonably priced. Oh yeah: it should only take minor hacking to get a Dollfie Dream head on an Obitsu body. It would probably entail widening the hole at the bottom of the head to admit an Obitsu head connector.
