I still think you should post it in here; given that (unfortunately) most people only watch the youtube embed as it is, they may not follow your blog link to realise that you've posted the entry link there.

That's fair. Not meaning to be difficult, but in general this is really the only way we can track just how far our videos are spreading. YouTube embeds are vary hard to track, and YouTube views are often highly overinflated due to repeat visits.

allow me to invite you to the AMV IRC room, it's #amv on irc.synirc.org. Many of the big names in AMVs can be found there (although it's a bit early for most people in North America).
