Otakon Loot: Business as usual

Otakon was definitely fun. That's most likely the reason I'm going to Otakuthon in two weeks! It was first convention I have ever been to...oh wait, this is a loot post.

Let us move on!

Otakon had a huge dealer's room. Definitely worthy of being the second largest Anime Convention in North America, right there behind AX. There were lots of stuff to buy (albeit expensive) but if you looked hard enough, you would be able to find some gems. Now I'm a newbie con-goer, so maybe I don't know my stuff yet, but from what I found in Japan, Akihabara would still kick any conventions ass. Anyway, moving on... I did not buy any figures whatsoever. Main reason being, anything there, I can get for cheaper, directly from Japan. Now this is just me, but I don't mind waiting for shipping if I can save like 50% off the prices at cons. Figures, where mostly outdated, and a lot of figures there were just Sega/Taito Station prizes. I'm not ragging on Otakon, it was fun, just figures and other merchandise were overpriced.

That said, the prices didn't stop me from doing a LITTLE shopping. (Especially from the Artists Alley, where I did most of my networking for my own projects)

Here we goo.... This only includes the stuff I bought in the dealer's room. I bought a LOT more in the Artist alley. :3
