Figma Drossel Replacement Arrived. But...

Posted by Starboykb [www]

After more than one month waiting for my replacement part for Drossel because I understand that they have to wait for spare arms, running events to promote their products and so busy with a lot things. I am a very patience person and waited until it finally arrived at my post office yesterday.

It was a happy moment after seeing my Drossel arms. But when I sees the helmet, yet my another second problem came back. It was BROKEN and SQUEEZE! OMG Good Smile Company, you have a top quality figures product and nice customer service I have to admit. You guys should at least learn how to properly PACK before you send it!

Disappointment! At least Drossel is so happy with her new arm and I am glad had at least two of them.

An envelope? That's a pretty bad idea, even if it is made of (thin) card. Would a tiny little cardboard box really cost them too much? o.o

How much damage has the helmet received? If you wish not to contact GSC for the problem again then try to salvage both parts to obtain a decent one. That's the least i could assist you with given i don't have a clear view as to how much damage was inflicted on the replacement item.

Thanks, but I will not contact GSC anymore. There's no point on asking anymore of it. I already got Drossel arm is enough so I am good. I will try myself and see it can manually fix.

Actually it was a warranty replacement parts from GSC. I didnt buy it. If you buy Figma and found there are broken stuffs around it. you can contact GSC for replacement if the merchant does not want to replace it.

Really? So I'll just sent an email with photographic evidence and wait? If only Bandai do that for GunPla without having to pay for the runners...

Now you'll have to resend the request again... >,<

Yup, but for Bandai, I really have no idea because I never encounter it before. Well, if a runner is missing, they will just made an excuse saying you do it intentionally. another way of saving cost.

I think you can buy revoltech joints at their stores in Japan.
You might have to lurk the web a bit to find online stores who sell them though.

Her poses are PRICELESS XDDDD Ugh but that sucks about the helmet... you pay just as much money as other people and you get the bad egg of the bunch... ugh, I feel angry for you! Would you want to ask them again for help with this issue, or are you going to drop it?

Nope. After looking how they pack my parts, I would rather forget about the helmet.

No worries, I never really used my helmet. The helmet is currently residing on someone else lol. I love her twintails more, wearing the helmet makes her look bald or something ^^

I share your opinion. The jetpack still looks fine, but I wouldn't leave her with the helmet for too long. It goes without saying that default twin-tail looks the best.

At Otakon 2008, i bought my cloud strife figure(with motorcycle of awesome sexiness) just to discover once i got home that he was missing his shoulder armor. that was pretty lame. I would expect someone like GSC or bandai would take better care of their costumers (especially since we pay out the arse for their products!).
